In October 2021, Grounded Kiwis Group Incorporated filed a judicial review claim in the High Court alleging that the way the Government has operated the MIQ system is a breach of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990. The case will be heard in Wellington, New Zealand on 14 and 15 February 2022.
